2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound green beans, trimmed
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1) Heat oil in frying pan or wok over medium high heat.
2) Add trimmed green beans and salt.
3) Cook, stirring frequently for 3 minutes. Stir in garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for 1 more minute.
