Heavenly Father,
We humbly come before You, seeking Your guidance and wisdom in the search for our next lead pastor. Prepare the heart of the person You are calling to lead our church. Give them clarity and confidence in their calling.
Bless our pastor selection team with unity, discernment, and wisdom. Help them to be sensitive to Your leading and to work together in love and humility.
Lord, strengthen our congregation during this time. Keep us united and focused on You. Help us to trust Your timing and to remain faithful in prayer.
We surrender this search to You, knowing that You have great plans for our church. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all that we do.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
“Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”
— Proverbs 3:5-6
