Brad White is the founding pastor of Lifepoint Church in Tampa, FL, which he and his wife, Stephanie, started in 2000 with a heart to reach people far from Jesus. What began as a single church quickly grew into a thriving multisite movement, with six campuses across Tampa Bay and beyond. Over the last three years, Brad has led C3 Global, a ministry out of Fellowship Church, where he’s been pouring into pastors, equipping them to lead stronger churches and reach more people with the gospel.
Brad’s passion isn’t just about reaching the lost—it’s about developing and discipling believers to live out their faith boldly. He believes strong churches are built on strong leaders, and his mission is to help people grow in their faith, step into their calling, and make an impact in their communities.
Outside of ministry, Brad and Stephanie love doing life together and raising their three kids—even if their house is a little divided during football season. Brad is an LSU fan who drinks tea, while Stephanie proudly cheers for Alabama (which makes for some interesting Saturdays in the fall!). Whether he’s pastoring, mentoring, or just having a conversation over tea, Brad’s heart is always about helping people know Jesus and live out their faith in real, everyday ways.
