1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp dry mustard (optional)
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley, minced
1⁄4 tsp sea salt
1 cup olive oil
1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
1⁄2 tsp. dried basil (if using fresh, use twice as much)
1) Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake.
