1 bunch parsley
1 small onion
1 small tomato
3 tbs Bulgur (cracked wheat)
juice of 1 lemon
olive oil
1) Soak bulgur for 1 hour in warm water.
2) Chop parsley very fine.
3) Chop onion and tomato combine all ingredients.
4) Drizzle olive oil and squeeze lemon into mixture.
5) Salt to taste.
