“It is better to give than receive.” Seven words inviting you into a faith journey with unimaginable benefits. Our best version of life is found in giving. Generosity is a willingness and eagerness to give liberally of who we are and what we have.
1. Do you think you are willing and eager to give generously of your time, talent, and treasure? Why or why not?
2. Generosity changes lives. Share a story of when generosity changed your life.
3. Reflect on how generous you are in life. Based upon your reflection, how much do you value generosity?
4. Time. Talent. Treasure. Of these three areas, where are most generous? Where are you the least generous? Choose a way to increase your generosity and implement into your life.
5. What are new ways your small group can practice generosity together?
6. No good reason is good enough to keep you from generosity. What “good reasons” can you eliminate that are keeping you from joy in giving?
